Characteristics of LED digital tubes

1. Wide perspective

LED digital tubes are different from LCD screens. LCD screens are limited by viewing angle, but LED digital tubes are basically products with full viewing angle, so they are clear from all angles. Moreover, the brightness of LED digital tubes is much higher than that of LCD screens, and they can display clearly even under strong light conditions.

2. Not fragile, long lifespan

The LED digital tube is encapsulated with plastic and epoxy resin, with a stable structure that is not easily damaged during transportation and use. And the lifespan of LED digital tubes is long, up to 50000 to 100000 hours.

3. Relatively high power consumption

Each pen segment of a digital tube is composed of one or more LED chips. Compared to an LCD screen with only a few chips, the power consumption of a digital tube is several times or even tens of times that of an LCD screen. However, this is only relative, and the actual power consumption of an LED digital tube is very low (around 60mW).

4. The display content is relatively simple

Due to its solid size structure and some product quality requirements and influences, LED digital tubes cannot be made into very small and display a lot of content products. But it can basically meet the needs of industrial products and household appliances.

5. Rich colors, beautiful and attractive

LED digital tubes can display multiple colors, even full-color, on a single product. With high brightness, they look very beautiful and suitable for displaying various electronic products.
